Hiring with Bloom Bridge

  • Intake

    First we meet with you to determine what role(s) you need to hire and the specific profile of candidate you’re looking for.

    Typically 60-90 minutes.

  • Plan Development

    Based on our intake meeting, we will then develop an interview plan, including what questions will be asked, who will be involved in the process, and more.

  • Recruit & Interview

    This is where the magic happens. Based on what you need and our plan, we will then go to market to find you the perfect candidates. Our goal is to have 3-4 finalists who match what you’re looking for.

  • Offer & Negotiation

    At this point, you have determined who you’d like to hire. From there, we’ll work with the candidate to offer them the role, and work through negotiations in order to get them set up to join your team!
