In a one month sprint we will review the way your team works and propose an HR Roadmap. At the end of the audit, you’ll determine if Bloom Bridge is the right partner for you and then we’ll transition to either a Foundation Build or a Fractional HR Retainer model.

Two ways to work with us — embedded or standalone.
As a part of our Fractional Retainer service you get recruiting for all roles under director and then only pay a 10% finders fee for all roles director in above.
For a standalone contingent agreement we charge a 20% fee with a 90 day guarantee.
