About Our Founder
Morgan Montgomery-Rice is the person you call when you need to get your people strategy in shape. She’s spent her career making sure that companies, from scrappy startups to established players, have the talent and culture they need to grow.
Morgan’s background is a blend of finance and HR, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to build strong, sustainable teams. She started her career in finance at IBM, where she honed her analytical skills managing complex financial operations and learned firsthand how big businesses make critical decisions. Her experience at IBM gave her a strong foundation in data-driven thinking, which she carried over into her later roles in People Operations. She’s led People Ops at companies like Buoy Health and FLYR, and most recently Sundays for Dogs, crafting an employee experience that’s second to none.
Morgan’s style is straightforward and practical—no fluff, just real, actionable advice to help your business grow. And when she’s not diving into HR challenges, she’s spending time outside with her partner, Nick, and their pets Wilson, Nero and Luna.
